I want to provide our community with a friendly, honest, and straight-forward source of affordable computer Services and training. I offer these services in shop, on site, and by remote internet connection.
As a senior citizen, I will try to be especially aware of the needs of my senior customers who (including me) are often "talked down to" by clerks and technicians who assume that we are not computer savvy. My average customer is about 50 plus (several are in their 90s). Many of them feel that they are "computer illiterate (a.k.a. computer incompetent)". In reality, they are very COMPUTER COMPETENT. The definition of competent is that you can use something in a knowledgeable manner. If you can effectively do whatever it is that you want the computer to do and speak clearly about what you want done, you are computer competant.
You do not need to be a mechanic to be an expert driver. Please don't refer to yourself as computer incompetant. 8-)
