I recommend that my customers tune-up and optimize their computer once a year. Why? Is your desktop or laptop running slower? Getting lots of those bothersome pop-up ads? Freezing up? Crashing? Programs suddenly disappearing?
A tune-up consists of:
- Opening and cleaning the desktop (Laptops receive an external cleaning)
- Physical inspection of all components.
- Run diagnostic software to check working order of hardware.
- Clean and optimize the registry
- Remove Ad-ware (the main source of those pesky pop-ups.
- Remove leftover temporary internet files
- Personalize your computer: (Setting up font size, background colors, Desktop, firewall and security settings, keyboard characteristics, and mouse response to best meet your physical and visual needs)

Cost: $49.50 per hour. Average time required = 1 hour.
