Webmaster Services

I offer basic webmaster services where I will maintain your website. This service is available whether I developed your site or you already have one. As Webmaster, I will maintain your site to keep it up to date, including proposing any redesign options, to help ensure that your web site succeeds. Website maintenance includes troubleshooting, content changes, and search engine optimization.

Choose your level of maintenance:

If I developed your website and you purchase a low or mid level maintenance agreement, the first three months of maintenance are included in the development price.

Terms of Service:

1. REFUND AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT - If you should upgrade or downgrade your level of maintenance, any refunds will be credited to the new agreement on a pro-rated basis1/12th per full month remaining on the maintenance agreement. If you cancel your maintenance agreement, there will be no refund of unused months.

2. We reserve the right to refuse maintenance of any website which we deem to violate local, state, or federal laws or local (Hardin County, Kentucky) mores and values.

3. Should we terminate your agreement under the above conditions, we will refund any full months remaining on your agreement with a written explanation for the termination. Our decision is final.

Explanation of Maintenance Terms:

1. What is phone assistance or troubleshooting? Teleconferencing initiated by the customer concerning desired design changes, operational problems, etc. Reporting errors on the web site or typos on our part are not counted against this time or page changes.

2. How will page changes be counted? Changes are counted per page, not per change within a page.

3. What is included in a text change? Sentences or paragraphs of text on a single page. This includes removing entire text and replacing it with current text. Changing text or graphics on templates effecting several pages, such as changes to navigation bars or logos, MAY NOT be considered a single text change. Such changes will be quoted.

4. If I change my mind and want to add or change text to the same page later that month, how does this work? Your additional change will be considered a new page change.

5. What if I find a typo or a formatting error? Re-work of this nature is not considered a page change and will be fixed immediately. Rewording of text by your choice is considered a page change. Please make sure that you are happy with the text before you send it.

6. If I don't use my number of page changes this month will they carry over to next month? No. Page maintenance is not cumulative.

7. I need new or additional images. Does this count toward maintenance? No. Replacing or adding an images is usually charged as a new or replacement page. Incorporating an additional image into a page often results in a page redesign, This would be counted as an additional page.

8. What if I need more or different pages? These would be counted as additional new pages, not covered under the maintenance agreement.

We can also help you set up a paypal shopping cart if that is your desire. Remember, If I designed and developed your web site, the first 3 months of maintenance are included in the development price. Choose the level of maintenance you desire.

Mid level Maintenance $600/yr 2 hour phone assistance or troubleshooting & 9 pages of text/image updates per month. Additional pages are charged at $35.00 per page.
As Needed CALL This level of maintenance is recommended for a rarely changing website. We will discuss your needs and figure an "as used" quote. based upon a $35.00 per hour labor rate.
